Olde Mecklenburg Brewery has been one of Charlotte's most beloved craft breweries since its founding, known as much for its German-style lagers and biergarten culture as for its deep roots in the local community. As the brewery continues to grow, so does its need for space - and this 30,000 SF warehouse in Mt. Holly provides exactly that: a purpose-built storage facility designed to support Olde Meck's expanding production and distribution operations. Gaia Design Studio provided site civil engineering and permitting services for the project, navigating Gaston County's and Mt. Holly’s development review process to deliver a clean, efficient industrial site that keeps one of the region's most iconic craft breweries moving forward.
